I want to share our very positive experience with Crowne Hill Pool Service. My initial call was returned in a short period of time and Nate asked thorough questions and we scheduled his visit within days. Nate diagnosed the issue, walked me through it in easy to understand terms along with pictures to see exactly what was happening. Upon my approval, parts were ordered, the repair was complete followed by s short video to show all was working well. He then followed up again to make sure i was satisfied. Exceptional personal service, extremely timely and responsive and done right at a reasonable cost. Use these guys - you will be as impressed as i was!

They left my pool looking crystal clear, and even took the time to deep clean the filter & adjust the water’s chemical balance perfectly. Crown Hill Pools did a fantastic job replacing our entire heating and filtration system, along with new Electric Controllers. top-notch customer service… Chewy, our installer, was very courteous walking us through the use of the app that controls the equipment… He definitely knows his work. Nate, very professional, easy to get in touch with, and explained us through every step of the process. A great company to work with, Crowne Hill Pools is the only way to go!!! Are you home

I saw Nate working up the street from my house, stopped him and asked him about his services. He promptly wrapped up his current job and went straight to my house, gave me a quote and got right to work. I have never had such an easy and quick response from any company. He was professional, patient and fast. Highly recommend.
